The following Terms and Condtions apply for Praxisforum Geothermie.Bayern 2021 of Enerchange GmbH & Co. KG, Tizianstr. 96, 80638 Munich which is responsible for the implementation of the Praxisforum Geothermie.Bayern from October 27 to 29, 2021 (i. F. congress).

1. Contract
1.1 The registration of the participant can be done via post, fax, email as well as per Online registration via the website. By selecting the button „submit“ at the bottom of the online registration form, you are agreeing to a binding confirmation of the aforementioned event. The confirmation of the admissions registration is followed by an automated email and is not the confirmation of the contract acceptance.

1.2 With registering, the terms and conditions are agreed upon.

1.3 The registration is confirmed by invoice sent (via email or mail) to the provided billing adress and is hereby legally binding. The registrations are processed in the order of entries.

1.4 The right to participate in the congress is only confirmed by the receipt of payment.

1.5 If a registration cannot be confirmed by the operators, participants will be promtly imformed.


For the price provided at registration the participant will receive the right to partcipate in the given congress, incl. lodging during the booked event (online participants are excluded from the meal allowance). The operator will provide to the extent possibe, a versatile convention program. Program are subject to change on short notice. The presentations are subject to  digital release by the organisors within the the first two weeks following the event, assuming the agreemnet of the author. The login data for the password protected websites will be provided via email and sent to the email adress provided during registration.

► Representatives of municipalities, authorities and municipal associations as well as students enrolled at a university (with proof) are entitled to a discount price until October 20, 2021. The first 10 mayors who register by October 1, 2021 will receive free admission to the congress. The reduced price cannot be combined with other discounts and reductions.

►  All prices are inclusive of VAT.


►  These discounts are only valid for payment up to two weeks after receipt of invoice.



  • The participation fee is due with receipt of the invoice before commencement of event. For any invoice corrections due to incorrect informaton provided during registration, a processing fee of 50 Euros will be charged. The additional expenditure for further processing of documentation, will be be subject to an hourly charge of 100 EUR after the expenditure. The invoice amount is to be paid by bank transfer with indication to the invoice number. Discounts expire upon payment delay of more than one month after invoice date.
  • For the online particpation the fee is payable directly via the platform XING. Two days before the event, the login data will be sent to those registered participants whose payments have been received.



5.1 The right to withdraw as a consumer (see clause 6) is comprised in the following cancellation rights.

5.2 Withdrawal from the event till the October 15, 2021. For withdrawal till October 15, 2021 a cancellation fee of 100 EUR will be charged. The cancellation fee is payable on dispatch of the invoice. In case of of withdrawal from the October 16, 2021 the complete invoice amount is due.

5.3 The withdrawal is to be made in written form. Relevant time frame for keeping of term is receipt of the cancellation declaration by the organiser.

5.4 Termination of the contract after commencement of the event is not possible.

5.5 The appointment of a replacement is possible, provided the appointment is received by October 15, 2021. Otherwise a processing fee of 100 EUR will be charged.



According to § 13 BGB consumers have a cancellation right in addtion to the withdrawal right as listed in point 5 ( Download Cancellation policy and form ):

Cancellation rights

The contract can be cancelled within 14 days without stating reasons in textform (e.g. letter, fax, email). This notice is binding after receipt of this written instruction, however not before the conclusion of the contract and not before the completion of the information requirements according to article 246 § 2 in conjuction with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as the duty according to § 312 g Abs. 1 S. 1 BGB i.V.m. article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the reocation period.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received performance and benefits (e.g. benefits of use), or are only able to do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value.

This may mean that you must nevertheless fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period until revocation. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation, for us with its receipt.

Special notes

Your right of revocation expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of revocation.



7.1 The event can be cancelled by the organisers due to significant reasons, in particular due to lack of a cost covering number of participants or due to force majeure. The participant will be informed without delay and previously paid fees will be refunded in full. Further claims subject to clause 9 are excluded.

7.2 The organiser is permitted to change any lecturers or alter the layout plan for any reason such as cancellation of the instructors insofar as it is reasonable for the participant.

7.3 The organiser is permitted to based on the amount of interest of the participants and depending on the pre registrations to make individual changes to the event programm. Cancellation of lecturers does not constitue grounds for a refund of the conference fees in part or in full.


The organiser is permitted to cancel the contract with a particpant for important reasons e.g. the particpant is disruptive at the event or after failure to pay overdue notice. Refund claim for the paid conference is excluded.



The organisers  is only liable for damages caused by willful damages or grossly negligent breach of duty by either the organisers, legal representitives and subcontractors. Liabilities for damages for lives, body and health, for the violations of any contract obligations stay unchanged. Basic contract obligations are the fulfilment of the goal of the contracts and that the consumer is able to trust in the contract agreement. In case of a breach of contract, the damage remuneration is limited to typical forseeable damages provided the damages were not caused willfully or by gros negligence unless the damage remuneration is due to damage made to body or personal health.

The organiser is not liable for any Covid-19-Infections in conjuction with congress.



The data of the particpants and or of the contract holders or their representitives are only saved electronically and used for the processing of the congress unless it is expressed in the agreement that the data will be used and the particpant has agreed. The use includes the sharing of the data with third parties. The transfer of data to unauthorised third parties will not take place. The submission of the confirmation of participants can also be shared by unencrypted email. Whereby it cannot be excluded that this will not be read by a third party.

The participant's data will be used after the event for advertising and merketing purposes for future events.


Company documentation as well as all used computer software are protected by copyright. Copying or disclosing to third parties only permitted with previous approval from copyright owners and organisers.


A photographer is tasked with taking images and videos for the congress. Audiovisual may also be recorded during the event. Following the event, the images are used for adversitement and marketing purposes for future events. According to §23 KUG this is also permissable for images taken of persons participating at public events. Should you be in disagreement with any of the publications, we request that you provide us with written notice.



The term of the contract begins on the first day of the event and ends on the last day of the event ( = minimum contract term). Currently, the number of participants is limited to 60 to 70 participants due to the COVID-19 regulations.



In the case of invalidity of individual clauses, the conditions of the remaining clauses are still valid.
